• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is confirmed, the price is locked in.

4. Order Cancellation

• Within 12 Hours: Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement incur no fees.

• After 12 Hours: Cancellations or modifications requested after 12 hours will incur a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover the immediate allocation of resources, labor, and materials involved in crafting your jewelry.

5. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and delivery location.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• General Returns: We gladly accept returns for any reason within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Original shipping charges are deducted from refunds or credits.

• Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a resolution.
