Returns:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must have all tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that are not in their original condition, packaging, or with tags attached.

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
  • Items specifically crafted to customer specifications.

Initiating a Return:

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement are free of charge.

  • Cancellations or modifications requested after 12 hours will incur a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

  • Reason: Each jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted to order. Once production begins, resources, labor, and materials are allocated immediately. The fee helps cover these costs.

Shipping Address Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Ensure accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Processing

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., preference changes, sizing issues): Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds, store credits, exchanges, or repairs.
